The Dino Women's Volleyball Club prides itself on preparing athletes for all aspects of high performance training and competition. Our club fees cover all costs associated in preparing to compete in Volleyball Alberta and Volleyball Canada competitions.

Club volleyball runs from December 1st to May long weekend for 14U-18U teams and December 1st to the end of April for 12U & 13U teams. Tryouts dates for teams varies significantly (June - November); please reference the "Identification & Selection Process" tab for specifics on all age groups. 

 

Dino Women's Volleyball Club Fees INCLUDE:

• Court Rentals at the Volleyball Academy (13U - 18U 3 practices per week; 12U 2 practices per week)

• Strength Training Program (1-3 sessions per week)

• Mental Training Sessions (3-4 per season)

• Position Specific Training Sessions 

• Yoga & Stretching Sessions (4 per season)

• Nutrition Sessions (2-3 per season)

• Strength testing (x2)

• Mobility testing (x2)

• SCAT6 baseline testing 

• Team Activities

• Gear Package 

• Uniforms

• Transportation to out-of-town tournaments (chartered bus)

• Accommodation at all out-of-town tournaments (including Nationals)

• Equipment & Volleyballs

• Medical supplies required for tournaments and emergencies

• Volleyball AB Premiers 1/2/3 Registrations & Provincial Registrations​

• Volleyball Canada National Championship Registration  (*No 12U or 13U Nationals)​

• 2 X In-city pre-season tournaments

  • All of our coaches are NCCP Certified ​in accordance with Volleyball Alberta and Volleyball Canada rules

• Coaches' travel, accommodations & meal costs to out-of-town tournaments

• Extra tournaments outside of Volleyball Alberta & Volleyball Canada Tournaments (eg. USA tournaments)

• Travel to Nationals if outside the province
